My Bucket List!

So JAGs says I am a little too young still to have a bucket list. Yes, I agree I will probably finish most of these long before I kick the bucket, but then I will start a new list or add to this one.

My Bucket List – in no particular order what so ever.

  1. Milk a cow.
  2. Make Sushi.
  3. Go to a drive-in movie theater.
  4. Have a true spa day.
  5. Touch a starfish. I did it during Christmas Vacation at the Houston Aquarium.
  6. Learn how to bake a 3-tiered cake.
  7. Go apple picking.
  8. Go paintballing.
  9. Get 100 followers on my blog.
  10. Learn how to use my camera and all the lenses – correctly, not auto.
  11. Crush grapes in a vineyard with my feet.
  12. Try Caviar.
  13.  Go Fishing on a BIG Boat.
  14. Catch a BIG fish.
  15. Clean that BIG fish and cook him.
  16. Attend a turtle release – I know…why haven’t I done this?
  17. Volunteer at a soup kitchen.
  18. Learn how to knit.
  19. Learn how to crochet – they are two different things.
  20. Learn how to garden.
  21. Cook with something from my garden.
  22. See sea turtles in the wild. – I really need to spend more time with my dad.
  23. Learn to play the drums!
  24. Get my Bachelors in something.
  25. Write a memoir/book.
  26. Take a dance class.
  27. Take a glass blowing class.
  28. Stand in four states at once.
  29. Run in a 5k.
  30. Swim with the Dolphins.
  31. Receive a standing ovation.
  32. Grow a caterpillar into a Butterfly.
  33. Spend a weekend with just my sister.
  34. Finish my photography book – this is different then #26.
  35. Go to Hawaii again – to pay final respects to an old friend.
  36. Try escargot.
  37. Give birth to a child at home.
  38. Visit the White House.
  39. Speak Spanish Fluently.
  40. Find my Uncle’s Name on the Vietnam Memorial in DC.
  41. Be an extra in a movie.
  42. Ride in a hot air balloon.
  43. Help build a house with Habitat for Humanity.
  44. Capture Lightening in a photograph.
  45. Chase a Storm – like a tornado.
  46. Eat at the Lady and Son’s in Savannah.
  47. Learn to play the piano.
  48. Read the Bible – all of it.
  49. Finish my family tree.
  50. Go on a Cross-Country RoadTrip.
  51. Go Camping – as an adult – in a tent.
  52. Walk in the Atlantic Ocean.
  53. Go to Alaska.
  54. Visit Graceland.
  55. Lead a Bible Study Group.
  56. Visit Sid Graum’s Chinese Theater.
  57. Visit Statue of Liberty.
  58. Visit the Empire State Building.
  59. See a Broadway show on the Real Broadway.
  60. Take a cooking class.
  61. Build a 6-foot snowman.
  62. Ring a Church Bell.
  63. Go Geocaching.
  64. Read 100 books.
  65. Learn CPR.
  66. Try goat.
  67. Eat snake.
  68. Try frog legs.
  69. Learn to say “hello” in fifty languages.
  70. Meet John Travolta.
  71. Go on a Cruise.
  72. Go to Pike PlaceMarket in Seattle.
  73. Learn to play chess.
  74. Make a stained glass window.
  75. Write a letter to each of my children telling them what I want them to know about my life and the lessons I've learned.
  76. Go the Hersey Factory in Hersey, PA.
  77. Visit Pixar Studios in California.
  78. Go whale-watching.
  79. See the Liberty Bell in person.
  80. Visit the San Diego Zoo.
  81. Live in a house with a wrap around porch.
  82. Make fresh pasta.
  83. Tour a Food Factory.
  84. Start an Herb Garden.
  85. Complete the 365 Photography Challenge.
  86. Cook every dish from one Cookbook.
  87. Contact someone who also has my name.
  88. Tour a working farm.
  89. Join a Book Club.
  90. Find a treasure with a metal detector.
  91. Sew a dress I can wear.
  92. Fly first class.
  93. Be debt free.
  94. Plant a Tree.
  95. Master a Video game.
  96. Bake a loaf of bread – seriously I haven’t yet.
  97. Watch all the Oscar winning movies.
  98. Climb an indoor rock wall.
  99. Open a small diner.
  100. Be a member of the audience of a TV show.
